About the job:

As a Rider Recruitment Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing a team of rider recruiters and projects to improve performance. This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Operations.

  • Manage a team of 3 Recruitment Assistants
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of rider recruitment processes
  • Focus on developing mass recruitment strategies, improving quality, conversion rates and lead times
  • Manage and track the performance of online/offline recruitment sources and activities, with a focus on cost optimization
  • Track and anticipate recruitment needs on an area level, as well as daily/weekly recruitment achievements
  • Standardization of SOPs across the recruitment funnel and drive to improve operational performance to ensure robustness
  • Monitor competitors’ rider acquisition and retention strategies (monetary and non-monetary) on a regular basis
  • Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower regulations and company policies and coordinate regular training/testing for the Operations team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Have a keen understanding in recruitment funnels and analysis
  • Able to employ mass recruitment strategies while forecasting
