This role is a mixed position between Account Executive and Customer Success. You will help onboard new customers, to Onlive's SaaS platform for events. You will also assist sales representatives to schedule online demos with new leads that have signed up for the platform.
- Onboard new customers
- You help driving Expansion revenue through up selling existing customers
- Oversee customer implementation and timelines
- Quality assurance and test new implementations
- Schedule live demos with new leads
- Participate in Product improvements
- Singaporean or PR (Only)
- Preferably a marketing or business degree
- You're a great problem solver
- You have a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
- You are familiar with Project Management tools such as Trello
