Admin Responsibilities :
- Office – Parking application / Termination / Payment
- Utilities (water / indah water / TNB)
- Repair And maintain - company cars.
- Road TAX / Insurance -company cars
- Deal with agent if selling company cars.
- Deal with building management
- Astro/TM/My TV/ TIME / others
- Upkeep Office (air-Cond / photostat machine/ water filter/ others)
- Contract renewal on photostat machine / others)
- Staff Leave / Insurance /Medical Records
- Deal with Panel Clinics
- Fixes Assets Insurance
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
PROPERTIES
- Companies and Personal
- Utilities (Indah Water / Syabas / TNB / unifi) Monitor payment.
- Deal with agent / contractor / tenant / buyer
- Tenancy agreement / renewal / collection
- Quit Rent / assessment / insurance -fire /content.
- Upkeep of properties: repair maintenance renovation
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Admin / Property management.
- Team player, good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and able to think through solutions to solve challenges
- Preferably having own motorbike
- B2 License
- Malaysian
