JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Your role as a Backend Developer at Mididle:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging and troubleshooting
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Design and implement high-quality RESTful APIs.
• Apply best practices from SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Practice in Agile software team practices like Scrum.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms and products
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
• Able to multitask, set priorities, work under pressure and possess critical problem-solving skills.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications:

• Experience with NodeJS/Express and MySQL database.
• Have basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery
• Strong communication skills including proficiency in the English Language
• Good time management skills
• Able to work as a team and is open to constructive criticism
• BSc in Computer Science or of equivalent field
