As Business Administrator, your main role and task is to help and assist our Operations Manager in scheduling of orders, entering data into our website or system. Here are some of the responsibilities:
- Taking phone messages and passing them on
- Using spreadsheets to track orders and deliveries
- Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
- Interacting with customers on the phone
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Keeping computer databases up to date
