JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Experienced and REAL hungry Business Development Executives, for both Senior and Junior roles, who have proven capabilities and can work hard to help make SoftSolvers Cloud Solutions the number one player in entire Asia, starting from Malaysia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- ABILITY TO SELL IN ALL SCENARIOS
- 3-4 years of Sales experience (5-6 years for Sr. Executive position)
- Minimum 2 year in enterprise software selling to midsize companies with preference given for selling in Insurance or financial services, retail or services industry
- Understanding of standard business processes [sales, support, operations, etc] for the industry and experience in solution selling, rather than standalone software
- Understanding and some experience with regulatory stuff will be useful
- Relevant Bachelor/Master's degree
- Good contacts and proven reputation in the market
- Able to Read, Write and Talk in English, Disciplined Email Skills, Timely Communication and Reporting, Working hard and Understanding Responsibility and great PR skills are highly desirable traits
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Contact potential customers, attend meetings & discussions, deliver presentations, conduct software demos (first level) and submit proposals and close sale.
- Setting and Meeting stretched Targets for Generating Leads, Pipelines and Revenue.
- MUST be able to work with MS Word (write proposals and tenders) and Power point (create presentations)
- Work with marketing and website teams to support the lead generation activities.
- Diligent reporting on weekly and monthly activities and KPI's
- To attend meetings and give inputs to Product and Technical team.
