We are the new kid on the block and it’s all about market traction for us right now. We have a great system which customers love. As our Business Development Manager, your job is to find new leads, qualify them as potential customers, educate them on the benefits of OrderEZ and close deals.

Your responsibilities day-to-day will include:
● Creating a robust pipeline of viable opportunities through proactive outreach to suppliers, venues and industry contacts
● Qualifying all leads sourced by the broader team, and in turn, closing deals to onboard new customers to OrderEZ
● Manage sales targets and ensure accurate forecasting
● Educating potential customers on the benefits of OrderEZ
● Being the expert on OrderEZ and demonstrating the ability to present the platform to users from a range of roles and levels
● Accurately recording lead details into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
● Own customer retention, upsell and win-back strategies
● Proactively monitor competitors and gather market intelligence to expand OrderEZ’s competitive position
● Contribute to marketing strategies bringing innovation and creativity to thinking and processes
Skills and Experience
● Proven experience selling SaaS software to small and medium sized businesses
● A track record of managing a sales funnel including new business, lead qualifying, renewals and retention
● Must be able to self-motivate and work autonomously
● Prior experience managing sales targets, forecasting and marketing budgets
● Motivated & driven to succeed
● A clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
