Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to our business's growth via creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Client servicing with well-known and high-profile brands.
- Act as the point of contact to convey client sentiment and to accurately brief the production team leaders on project requirements.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
- Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
- Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Present digital marketing strategies to clients and increase client value over time.
- Preparing scheduled reports for clients.
- Analyze digital campaigns success.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- To take initiative and able to prepare presentation decks for clients independently
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Being able to read and write in Mandarin is a bonus.
- Proven work experience as a digital account manager.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience with customer service and account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
