About this Role

For the role of Communications and Business Associate, the ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented team player who will be working closely with the core team of the company in various business activities including internal stakeholder communications, investor and client updates, accounts relationship management, and others.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

A Communications and Business Associate will have the following responsibilities:

• Working closely with staff across the company to implement growth strategies
• Assisting senior team members in preparing and delivering pitches and presentations
• Drafting business documents including project proposals, letters, promotional materials
• Maintaining positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular communications
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients or business opportunities
• Assisting in development and execution of sales plans to meet business goals
• Assisting in multiple on-going commercial projects
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business documentation
• Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
• Reporting business prospects and status updates in meetings

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 0-3 years of working experience in relevant fields
• Excellent ability of verbal and written communication
• Ability to present and explain ideas with clarity to a variety of audiences
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people

• A resilient go-getter, able to hand stressful and challenging work
• Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in any discipline
