We are looking for a community manager who can engage our community of users and make them fall in love with us!
We need you to constant speak to our community of users over the phone, to obtain feedback of their user experience, cross sell services as well as understand their needs.
You need to have plenty of confidence to be a successful community manager. You should also possess
- Excellent communication and listening skills (Good english is a must)
- A polite and friendly manner (being rude never gets you anywhere)
- Lots of initiative
- A positive attitude
- The ability to think on your feet
It’s also important to be able to deal with negative responses from customers who don't want to talk to you, and above all, you must enjoy the buzz of working under pressure and meeting tough targets.
