WHAT WE DO?
To put it simply, milieu empowers businesses and organizations with knowledge about their customers attitudes and behaviours so they can make better decisions, faster. You could call us a market research firm, but our approach to and solutions for consumer research are unique. Through smart automation, best-in-class technology, a core focus on user experience, and most importantly, an amazing team, we collect and deliver consumer insight like no other research company around.
HOW WE DO IT?
We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as milieu surveys (just search for it in the Singapore or Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesized through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

OK, SO WHAT ABOUT THE ROLE?
As Customer Care and Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role within our organization of ensuring our community enjoys a seamless experience on our app.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to queries from app users via emails and social media channels
- Disbursing rewards claims
- Monitor and respond to App Store & Plays Store user reviews
- Users activation and suspension
- Assist and support administrative and operational workflows
A FEW OTHER THINGS WE LOOK FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred
- As you will be the main point of contact for our users, you are required to have an acceptable command of English.
- Working knowledge and experience in using MS Office, particularly Excel
- You have a keen attention to detail and are highly organized
- Since you'll be in-charge of disbursements, you will have to be careful and meticulous
- A passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy are traits that are definitely needed for this role
- You are resourceful and committed to finishing allocated tasks
- You like a fun, cool, tech-focused, fast-paced start-up environment, daily kopi talk, happy hours at work and occasional bar hopping sessions
- You are responsible, accountable and can work well independently and with others in a fast-paced environment
- You are resourceful and open minded
- You embrace change, and can adapt to a highly dynamic work environment

In doing so, milieu empowers brands and ad agencies to make insightful marketing decisions. By continuously engaging with our community, we deliver timely and actionable consumer insights at marketers' fingertips via a real-time technology platform. We currently have offices in Singapore and Thailand and are gearing towards an expansion into core South East Asian market in the near future
