For this role, you will be joining our team for our Singapore Water Purifier brand, Sterra.sg. Our goal for Sterra is to be the number 1 Water Dispenser company in Singapore. - Provide assistance to the Operations Team by ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through zendesk (FB Messenger, WhatsApp, emails) and inbound calls.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in scheduling of customers’ installations and repairs.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as generating invoices,
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
- Customer oriented, and positive work attitude. Able to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset.
- 3 - 5 years customer service experience.
- Tech savvy
- Basic command of english and/or chinese
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Team player with great adaptability
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment
Working Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
