JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Agents will be assigned to a dynamic team of Customer Service representatives, taking both inbound and outbound calls, with the purpose of assisting customers and solving their concerns. This is a full time work from home set-up.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via call
- Answer customer’s questions and assist customers in finding a solution to their concerns
- Attempt to persuade customers in keeping their orders and not canceling it
- Closes sales or process appointments for potential customers
- Manages repairs and installation schedules
- Attend regular department and company meetings
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
- Report any service or product breakdowns to the immediate supervisor
- Updates and maintains team trackers
JOB REQUIREMENT
Requirements:
- Has at least 1 year Customer Servicer background
- Must be willing to work in a competitive environment, with targets, but at the same time is a good team player
- Must be willing to work on changing schedules and broken rest days
- Excellent critical thinking skills and comprehension
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Must be responsible enough to work with minimal supervision on a work from home setup
- College graduate
- Has stable internet connection (20 ping and minimum of 20mbps internet speed)
- PC / Laptop with headset, with Windows 10 OS. Minimum 4GB of RAM
Skills Required:
- Proficient in using Google Spreadsheet
- Knowledge in using Shopify and Zendesk is preferred
