We are looking for a Customer Service Staff to help us with customers' questions and complaints, and give customers information about our products and services.
1. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Able to give information regarding the company’s background, products and services
- Time management and fast response
- Clear communication skills (both orally and in writing)
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to learn faster
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
