JOB RESPONSIBILITY
What you’ll do
As an Omnilytic’s Client Success Executive, you will contribute to customer success initiatives, keep the company focused on outcomes that help our clients successful and play a central role in directing the future of the product. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive retention, and growth among our clients by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to our clients to ensure that they get the most out of the Omnilytics platform
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback to inform product, marketing and sales and engineering team
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding of assigned clients, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go live support
- Maintain a cadence of communication with clients about their adoption trends, sentiments and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
- Identify opportunities for clients to act as Omnilytics advocates (eg: testimonials, case studies)
JOB REQUIREMENT
What we’re looking for
- Genuine interest and believe in using data analytics to help our clients reach their goals
- Track record or a diploma in the field of Accounting, Finance, Buying and/or Merchandising is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data to insights. Experience with Excel is preferred
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable using PowerPoint/Keynote
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, self-motivated, disciplined and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
- Track record in a customer facing role is a plus
- Experience in SaaS is a plus
