Customer Success Executive for PerroMart
PerroMart is the No.1 Pet Care e-commerce company in Singapore and Malaysia with operational support functions across Asia.
The company plans to expand its retail presence to key ASEAN markets. At the same time, PerroMart aims to grow its Branded pet care range into a global brand through its platform with a vision of becoming the No.1 Pet Care Brand in the world.
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Executive who has a broad knowledge of the different pet food products in the market. The candidate should be able to support the sales effort and respond to customer inquiries and problems.

- Managing order statuses, exchanges, refunds, delivery requests, and missing items
- Problem-solving of specific customer issues
- Follow-up on customer inquiries
- Adhere to ad-hoc customers’ requests
- Pro-actively contacting customers regarding order status
- Keep close track of conversations with customers to address their needs and wants
- Work with cross-department on customer needs and product suggestions
- Customer First Mentality
- BSc or BA degree in Human Relations or other relevant areas; At least 1 year of working experience in customer support/service team
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering the best service to the customers; strong problem-solving skills and a witty sense of humor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, chat or email
