• Assist leads or potential clients to understand the benefits of the platform and convert them to customers
• Assist customers to explore the full potential of the platform for their business
• Follow up frequently with customers throughout the lifecycle of their feedback to achieve resolution
• Getting clients onboard and to get familiar with eCommerce (sellers’ and buyers’ pain points & perspective)
• Work in conjunction with team members to accomplish the objective
• Adding more potential leads to the pipeline and educate them.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by your Superior
• Ensure customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
• Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Malaysia

JOB REQUIREMENT

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably woman with min. 2 year experience in the same position.
• Min. SMA or D3 from a reputable university
• Have a good communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Passion in Sales
