We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our Merchant Relationship team and to build up our Customer Success function. If you have strong experience in the area of point of sale/payment systems, B2B sales, and account management/customer success experience, this role might be for you.

Qashier (qashier.co) is a venture-backed startup that provides smart point-of-sale (POS) solutions that help merchants digitise their businesses. We are transforming the way retail operations and payments is done. Our flagship product is the Qashier Smart Terminal, a connected, multi-purpose device that combines a cloud-based POS software, integrated payment acceptance and a proprietary app store in one uniquely designed device. Manage entire stores (and businesses) with just one sleek terminal on the counter!
In short, you’ll be driving Qashier’s success in the following ways:
- Develop and manage the customer success function and team of customer success executives. You’ll be the key driver in developing a scalable customer success process as we grow the company. You’ll help to define the overall customer success strategy, with the aim of maximising merchant lifetime value and minimising churn rate.
- Be the voice of the merchant internally. You’ll gather useful feedback and pain points from merchants and work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams to help enhance and optimise our revolutionary product.
- Optimising merchant onboarding, training and experience. You’ll build strong product expertise and help merchants achieve their business goals by providing them with useful resources and reliable support. You’ll help build a seamless onboarding process, create effective training materials and ensure an optimal merchant experience throughout the entire merchant lifecycle.
What you should bring along
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B/IT sales or in an account management/customer success role. Experience in point of sale/payment systems and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus
- Strong track record of leading and managing teams
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end including defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan
- Strong sense of ownership and results driven
- Passionate about technology, payments and the retail space
