About the Role
Leading global brands use Affable to run their influencer marketing strategy and we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to bring delight to our customers. This role is ideal for someone looking to work closely with the founding team and get a front-row seat in a fast-growing startup. You will be the first hire for this role and will have the opportunity to grow and manage a Customer Success team.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
- Establish training and onboarding program for new clients to ensure that they adopt Affable's solution successfully
- Track customer analytics to understand user behavior and identify potential product features proactively
- Liaise with the tech team to resolve client requirements and feedback
- Liaise with the marketing team to create case-studies
- Represent Affable at various industry events
- Most importantly, identify upsell opportunities and manage renewal conversations
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years professional experience, multidisciplinary to include Customer/Client Success, Account Management and/or Sales.
- Experience working with data analytics to extract insights from data about customer usage patterns.
- Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience with Customer Success tools and processes since you will be setting up the Customer Success team at Affable.
- Experience running webinars, workshops, delivering presentations and participating in industry events.
- Experience within Marketing Tech is a bonus but not a requirement.
- Experience within Influencer Marketing is a bonus but not a requirement.
