We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to create and develop long-term relationships with the top clients in our platform.
You will have the chance of working with all types of clients, understanding their needs and helping them to have successful hires within Workana. You should become their guide to understanding freelance and remote work, and getting the most out of it.
- To proactively manage client relationships and ensure their experience using our platform is amazing.
- To understand each client’s unique business needs, and work with them to develop a custom solution that leverages the Workana platform.
- To become their trusted partner and advisor, always making recommendations that put their interests first.
- To analyse your clients’ monthly progress, understand key metrics, and be able to forecast future results.
- Get to know our product to the maximum, and being able to always offer the best solution to our clients.
- 2 years work experience in client facing roles
- Strong ability to communicate, present and influence both within and without our company. Written skills are also a must.
- An honest desire to provide excellent customer service, and to solve clients’ problems.
- Fluent English, other languages a plus.
