JOB RESPONSIBILITY

This role is an essential part of the company given our customer-obsessed nature, and it will span across both customer support and assisting with other operational functions in the company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support operational processes in the company, including hiring, company operations and user operations.
• You’ll be the first point of contact in helping to address customer queries promptly, effectively and in a manner that upholds our customer-centric values.
• Includes handling live chat conversations, email support and helping users to debug our platform with us

JOB REQUIREMENT

We're looking for individuals who can learn quickly, adapt and thrive in such a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent working proficiency in written English (ideally native English communicator)
• Fast learner that's motivated and committed: always ready for new challenges and responsibilities
• Able to craft friendly and professional responses to users
• Customer-obsessed, with a genuine heart to help users solve problems
• Organized, and able to learn quickly on performing operational tasks
• (ideally) experience with VA tasks
