- Respond to customers’ online queries and help to resolve issues they may have when using our website or mobile application.
- Communication with customers will be via email, WeChat or our online messaging platform.
- As the majority of our customer base is Mandarin-speaking, being able to communicate in Mandarin is necessary for this job.
Work with other departments to help resolve customers' issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Able to speak and type in Mandarin Chinese.
- Able to work with messaging applications and email.
- Able to work with other departments to fulfil customers’ requests.
