- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Reply to product or service problems by understanding the customer's feedback; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Set up proof of concept solutions for customer by analyzing customer needs.
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Build relationship with customers or new leads
- Update CRM for all the interactions and keep track of the hours used.
- Suggest new functions for products based on customer feedback.
- Test the new software and find any bugs
- Provide testing reports
Speak and write good English
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
IT knowledge to support office software
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel etc)
