We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and grow our HealthTech Council ambitions. Grow the Council membership to enable greater cross-sector collaboration.
Support the strategic identification and development of the HealthTech Council members and activities.
Develop strategies and business cases, structuring partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to grow digital health thought leadership.
Develop and facilitate a Council membership programme which facilitates cross-sector collaboration and healthcare digitalisation thought leadership.
Research, evaluate and communicate digital health trends, the competitive environment and legal regulations impacting the digital health space.
Build and maintain business cases to model impact of new digital health initiatives and partnerships.
Analyse opportunities for development of new business, growth of current business and assists with business planning and implementation as needed.
You'll need to:
a) Meet with members to understand exactly what they need, making recommendations as required and build from their needs.
b) Growth the Council membership through the recruitment of new members to fulfil the mission of the Council.
c) Create thought leadership pieces, workshop, webinars, events.
d) Continuously monitor the space and become an expert.
e) Manage projects through to completion.
To succeed, you'll need:
a) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English).
b) Confidence to handle challenging customers and circumstances.
c) A willingness to adapt to a startup environment: Ability to work independently, multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to plan, organise, prioritise.
d) Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships, exhibit exemplary interpersonal skills and exercise sound judgment and professionalism in business and personnel matters.
e) Knowledge of project management process and systems.
f) Knowledge of sophisticated healthcare market and competitive analysis as it relates to the business.
g) Understanding of healthcare enterprise economics/incentives and value drivers.
h) Act as a leader in business transformation using digital health strategies.
