Zeek aims to provide smart logistics, SaaS solutions and online / offline integrated instant delivery service for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia market, meeting their needs for food & parcel delivery and last-mile logistics.

With existing business in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, we will continue to expand our business to Southeast Asia countries and regions like Taiwan, Philippines and Indonesia in near future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintain contact with drivers/walkers throughout the day
• Collaborate with the operations team to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
• Act as a communication liaison and answer incoming phone calls and texts from customers and drivers/walkers on the road
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last-minute schedule changes
• Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers/walkers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
• Monitor and effectively coordinate manpower needed for efficient delivery on a day-to-day basis
• Perform any newly developing drivers/walkers management activities
• Communicate and coordinate with the operations team as necessary
• Maintaina positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward drivers/walkers

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or above
• Flexible to take shift hours as a team to cover restaurant operating hours
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good team player and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
• Proficient in English
• Candidate with more experience will consider as Dispatching Lead
