JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be part of the ecommerce team for leading parenting platform in South East Asia. You will be managing our ecommerce operations including merchant onboarding, order fulfillment and customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Deliver excellent customer & merchant support through a range of communication channels (phone, email, social media).
- Ensure smooth merchant onboarding process (signup, training, product upload, business listing).
- Follow standard operation procedures; monitor ecommerce KPI & exceptions (eg: delivery time, customer SLA, out-of-stock reminder).
- Manage ecommerce operation issues such as product upload, order fulfillment, inventory and logistic.
- Liaise, coordinate and follow up closely with all related departments to ensure customer and merchant satisfaction are met.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 1 years working experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations.
- Passionate about ecommerce trends; adapt easily to business growth.
- Knowledge and experience in parenting, female, baby & kids category is an added advantage.
- You pay attention to details because you know customer satisfaction is important.
- KPI-driven, excited to learn new things and able to work in team.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Must be self-disciplined and hardworking.
- Must love to work in high growth startup environment.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills.
