WHO WE ARE
Capital Match is the leading supply chain finance platform in Southeast Asia based in Singapore. We are an innovative fintech business with a range of financial solutions to corporates, SMEs and investors. We have facilitated financing of more than US$100 million in Singapore and Hong Kong over the past 3 years. We are funded by multiple VCs and institutional investors including Dymon Asia Capital, an alternative asset manager with $6bn AUM and Eduardo Saverin's B Capital Group.
In November 2018 we have merged with SESAMi, the largest e-procurement platform in Singapore, to build a fully integrated supply chain finance platform. Our next mission is to expand to other countries in Southeast Asia through greenfield development, partnerships and/or acquisitions.
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales (Financing) Manager / VP to grow adoption of our supply chain finance solutions among corporates in Singapore and in the region. We are looking for a top performer to join our team in Singapore and build a leading fintech business in Southeast Asia.
- Grow the portfolio of corporate clients all the way from the initial approach to pitching and negotiations to final closing
- Proactively hunt for and establish communications with target organisations / accounts
- Structure the most optimal solutions for the potential clients
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels and increasing retention with every customer engagement
- Provide account management to the new and existing clients
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, best market solutions and relevant regulations
WHAT WE OFFER
- Monthly base salary of S$4,000-7,000 in line with experience
- Very attractive commission component

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Singapore to procurement and/or finance team of large companies and MNCs; preferably of financial services, tech or enterprise products and solutions
- Experience in supply chain finance, invoice financing / factoring or trade finance would be a strong plus
- Maturity and confidence in working with senior management team and key decision makers of the client
- Extremely sales and goal oriented; relentless in reaching out to key decision makers through multiple channels; not taking “no” for an answer; solution oriented to address clients’ needs; patient and adept at developing and closing corporate / enterprise sales despite long lead cycles and complex legal and commercial requirements
- At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or similar
- Account management experience would be desired
- Independence, drive and initiative is required
- Pleasant personality, great interpersonal skills and people oriented
