Self-service kiosks, Cashless Payment Terminals for Kiosks, Plug & Play Kiosk
1) Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
2) Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
3) Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
4) Manage internal/external application upgrades.
5) Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
6) Complete all assigned tasks within given time frame, task includes on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical & Software/Hardware work. Especially, during critical time, e.g. deployment period, able to work and response even after Service Operation hours and/or weekend and public holiday whenever required.
7) Must be fast responding to support and attending to the case after call, email or instruction received.
8) Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.
9) Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved.
1) Having at least 2 years experienced in related fields.
2) Must possess your own transportation (prefer Bike)

6) Applicants must be willing to work from 9.30am to 6.30pm
