JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the customer service and operations department.
- Plan, strategize, and implement systems to push for customer service (pre-sales and after sales).
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the department goals.
- Ensure strong company culture across the departments.
- Motivate the departments to accomplish the department goals
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
- Bachelor’s degree, minimally Second class upper
- 3-5 years of experience in business, supervision, and management
- Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment
- Interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
