JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the sales and business development department.
- Plan, strategize, and implement systems to push for sales and revenue growth.
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the department goals.
- Ensure strong company culture across the departments.
- Motivate the departments and create an atmosphere of healthy competition

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
- Bachelor’s degree, minimally Second class upper
- 3-5 years of experience in business, supervision, and management
- Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment
- Interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
