Jireh Group is a 4 year old health tech start up developing and expanding current services plus launching exciting new initiatives in the pipeline.
The role of Software engineer & Tech Support is to be part of team working in an entrepreneurial environment, which designs, develops, and tests software applications for computer & mobile devices. The main roles include support and maintenance to the system/software/application, monitoring, and evaluating system performance, and designing, implementing and testing new programs and features.
1. Improving system quality by diagnosing and troubleshooting tech problems and develop standard operating procedures
2. Provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers: addressing technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades.
3. Helping companies implement new hardware or software systems, training people how to use various systems
4. Resolving customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents
5. Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
1. Strong tech skills and hands on knowledge in various OS systems, application support and enhancement. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
2. Inclination towards customer service: Ability to interact with clients and learn how to coach customers
3. Analytical skills and troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
