G.I.T is IT Management Consultant Company that based in Batam City, Indonesia. GIT mostly handling Singapore Company to expand their team into Batam and also across Indonesia.
Objective / Goals:
· Responsible for Support and Data Administration for the clients
· Responsible for ensuring the timely development and delivery of assigned CRM projects.
· Checks for accuracy and functionality are as per client’s job requests.
· Collaborates with Account Manager and/or Internal Developer team with regards to projects accordingly.
· Effectively translate business and technical software application requirements (whether web based application, web service, client/server, standard alone, mobile) into commercialized product deliverables to satisfy client requirements
· Implement all aspects of an application design – high performance design, coding, security, encryption state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration and testing
· Proactively follow company guidelines for SLA (Service Level Agreement) to deliver the product / services
· Proactively follow up on internal outstanding issues
· Development & New Functionality Intergration
· Demonstration of thorough knowledge of using programing tools to develop business required software product based on the requirements
· Internal and external client service satisfaction ratings
· Accuracy and regularity of completion of internal process documentation
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering -Electrical/Electronic; Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
· Additional technical skills in XM
