JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role
This job is a mix of on location and remote work. We require a social media assistant to carry out weekly tasks.
Plexxie is a young creative and social media marketing agency. We are currently servicing 8 to 10 clients monthly thus we need an intern to handle some tasks on a weekly basis.
Some clients we work with includes Aroma Truffle, Fox Networks Group, National Geographic, Changi Airport Group, Esplanade Theatres, and Dell Technologies.

You will have to come down to our office 3 days per week on weekdays. (Actual days to be discussed)
You will work remotely for the rest of the days in the week, unless we have any meetings that will require you to attend.
Minimum 3 months commitment. Possible Full-Time offer after the 3 months period.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Tasks Includes:
- Weekly 2 Hours meeting
- Compilation of content strategy
- Sending out creative brief to our design team
- Sending out chasers/reminders to our design team to submit the designs on time
- Compilation of content for client's approval
- Scheduling of approved content for posting for the following week(s)
- Meetings with clients
- Influencer management
- Other ad-hoc tasks including research and data entry
JOB REQUIREMENT
Our Preferences:
- Only Singaporeans
- Have an understanding of various Social Media Platforms especially Facebook and Instagram
- Keen interest in Digital Marketing / Communications / Team Management
- Highly detailed
- Good command of English Language
- Willing to learn
- Able to commit to minimally 3 to 4 working days a week for a period of 3 months.
- Available to accept a Full-Time job offer after the 3 months period
