We are seeking a proactive and motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, managing their day-to-day needs and ensuring their marketing goals are achieved. You will also be instrumental in pitching our services to potential new clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, and performance analysis. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop effective digital marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and propose innovative solutions to drive business results.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as creative, content, and analytics, to ensure smooth campaign execution. Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Leverage market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and drive business growth.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and negotiate contract renewals or upselling of services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry. Experience in managing Chinese clients or working in a Chinese digital marketing context will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Familiarity with Chinese digital marketing platforms (e.g., Baidu, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book and Douyin) is desirable.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining successful client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. Analytical mindset to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address client requirements effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese clients and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing client needs and market trends. Resilience and ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
