Founded by Tom Abbott, author of The SOHO Solution and Social Selling, we help companies optimise their sales performance in three ways: 1) our Motivational Keynotes give teams the confidence and inspiration (attitude!) to kick-off the year or make a final sprint to the finish line. 2) our Sales Training programmes give teams the techniques and tools (aptitude!) to reach or exceed their targets. 3) our online programme SOCO/ Academy gives teams 24/7 access to video-based courses so they can learn on-the-go.
The Candidate (we need you to…):
- Turn prospects into customers, and help them reach their goals by aligning their needs with our solutions.
- Engage in meaningful sales conversations with high-level executives, and effectively communicate our value proposition to move opportunities forward.
- Quickly follow up with calls and meetings from inbound enquiries.
Bonus Points for candidates who have…
- Sales experience in commercial real estate, finance, hospitality, media, recruitment or technology companies
- Demonstrated you’ve used: Social Selling (ahem), Insight Selling, New Sales Simplified, New Strategic Selling, SPIN Selling, The Challenger Sale. We read a lot because learners are earners!
- Worked in a startup, so you’re used to bootstrapping, resourceful and can figure things out on your own when you need to
This is a part-time role based in Jurong East Singapore with regular office hours.

Responsibilities & Requirements (a day in the life):
- You’ll chat and meet with prospects from cool companies in-person and over the phone, GoToMeeting, Skype, What’sApp, Zoom (whatever works!)
- Understand the goals your prospects are trying to achieve
- Make recommendations on how we can best help them
- Closing deals (this goes without saying, you’re in sales!!)
- Handing off your closed deals to our Customer Success and Finance team - they’ll be taking care of them moving forward and need to get started
- Following up with prospects/old deals/etc… we have systems that make it super easy but you still need to put the work in
