- Basic command of English and/or Chinese
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Experience in routing delivery fleet (Maps)
- Experience in utilizing Shopify / Lazada / Shopee / Lalamove / Orderhive platform
- Intermediate experience with Google Spreadsheet / Doc / Calendar
Working Schedule: 5.5 days (Mon- Fri -9am-6pm and Sat -9am-1pm)
Location: 8 Pandan Crescent
We want to work with you!!
- Provide assistance to the Operations Manager.
- Manage the scheduling of customers’ installations and repairs.
- Answer operations related queries and calls from customers.
- Manage the inventory flow in the warehouse.
- Manage delivery fleet and 3PL
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.
