This job position of Operations Executive consists of customer management by providing support and enhanced service to all customers and meeting the service standards of the company. This position also requires regular liaison with tech and marketing teams to strategise and execute plans for business development.
- Customer Experience Management
- Respond to customer enquiries (via phone and email) and feedback to continuously improve product & service quality
- Work closely with the technical team to improve the product features
- Collect and collate feedback and suggestions from customers on improving the app and service quality, and recommend it to the management for implementation
- Prepare customer communication material on a regular basis
- Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to speak Mandarin is advantageous.
