JOB DESCRIPTION

Zeek is a smart logistics startup that provides diversified products including SaaS solutions, same day/instant delivery for food and parcel, and meeting all kinds of logistics needs in the market. We are looking for talents to:

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of fast food delivery
• Monitor day to day manpower and allocation of riders
• To be involved in ad-hoc project management, festive peak, matching our demand and supply
• Maintain good working relationships with restaurants managers and align with SOP
• Take care of rider related administration work and actively communicate with riders to build and maintain their support
• Report daily situation to the team management for improvement and current KPI
• Handle restaurant complaints actively and provide solutions accordingly
• Ensure compliance with rider SOPs, standards and restaurant delivery operation
• Prepare necessary reports for restaurant management and propose ideas for improvement or solutions to any problems
• Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the tech-food delivery industry
• Possess good communication skills, able to balance the importance between supply and demand, and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and positive-minded, technology savvy with a modern mindset
• Result driven, good team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Candidate with lesser experience will consider as Operations Officer
