Role Description
As a Pricing Intern, you will be involved in one of the most important steps in renting and selling a property in Singapore - coming up with the pricing. Good pricing is a deciding factor for clients to choose whether to work with Propseller and for our chances to rent or sell their properties at the highest price.
Using our own methodology, you will gather information and data from multiple sources, put them in a professional and presentable format, and discuss the pricing with our Inventory Managers. These prices will be relied upon by our Real Estate Consultants and potential clients.
This internship opportunity will provide you with unique exposure to valuation analyses and prices of various types of residential properties in Singapore.

- Interview 2 - Physical: Case presentation with our Inventory Manager
- Interview 3 - Physical: Final interview with our VP Ops

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect relevant property information and data from various sources and ensure data accuracy in our valuation reports;
- Ensure the professionalism of our valuation reports through quality data and formatting;
- Conduct research and prepare sales materials such as slide decks for the outside sales team;
- Work closely with the Inventory Manager to analyse large amount of data and multiple factors to arrive at property prices for various types of residential properties in Singapore;
- Actively propose and implement new processes to improve workflow efficiency;
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENT
Ideal Candidate
Coming up with property prices is a combination of science and art - you require a good analytical yet flexible and creative mind. You are expected to come with an open mind and be excited about the exposure to the various residential properties in Singapore.
You are also able to stay highly motivated throughout the entire course of work with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. As a hard-working individual, you must be ready to both experiences the fast pace of a start-up as well as soak into a culture of fun! Requirements
- Student currently enrolled in 1st to 5th year of university study;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Proficient in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides) and with computers in general;
- Organised and able to multi-task: you are skilled at managing your time, priorities, and tasks and getting things done fast, even when things can be chaotic;
- Analytical mind: you are not fazed by working with a large amount of data and considering many other various factors at a single point in time;
- Fast and accurate worker: you have meticulous attention to detail and know-how to review your work to produce quality and deliver fast;
- Can-do attitude problem solver: you are a roll-up-your-sleeves doer where you see a problem, arrive at a solution quickly, and know what it takes to get things done;
- Able to commit either full-time or part-time for at least 4 months: full-time working hours will be Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm) while part-time working hours will be at least two to three weekdays in a week (9 am to 6 pm).
