You should be well experienced with Selenium, having hands-on experience designing and implementing an automated test framework centered on code reusability and run-time efficiency, and strive to improve your team’s capabilities in these areas. You should also have significant experience with application of these techniques integrated into a CI/CD tool set and managing error reporting to delegated stakeholders. It would be awesome if you also had some exposure to security / penetration testing and general web / API performance testing, as well as automated native mobile test approaches, but if not, you will certainly gain exposure here.
