JOB DESCRIPTION

Zeek is a smart logistics startup that provides diversified products including SaaS solutions, same day / instant delivery for food and parcel, meeting all kinds of logistics needs in the market. We are looking for talents to:

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Understand the functionalities of the software platform. Knowledge transfer to and support local teams;
• Explain IT functions and perform product demonstrations to clients;
• IT solution project management. Including collecting requirements from clients, schedule control, integration tests and documentation;
• After-sale IT service support to clients. Troubleshoot and report IT issues;
• Define product localization requirements. Feedback to HQ R&D team to arrange development;
• Product interface translation (from Chinese to English). Coordinate translation work with other counterparts in the company;
• Hands on configuration, like API account setting

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Project Management / Information System or related disciplines;
• 1+ working experience in technical / project management of mobile / web-based applications;
• Strong problem-solving skill and presentation skill;
• Team player, responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English / Mandarin;
• Basic knowledge on Logistics is a plus
