What you’ll be doing:
- Source new sales opportunities as well as inbound leads
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Research and qualify new leads
- Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities
- Answering and following up with potential customers' questions
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate products and services
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Upsell products and services
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Who would be a great fit:
- Comfortable using and discussing all kinds of technology
- Familiarity with agile software development preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer services skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Hubspot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Creative and effective problem solver
- Resourceful and great at "figuring things out"
