Our inside sales representatives are the voice of our brand. We are looking for inside sales representatives with a commitment to win and have a bias towards action and customer service. Your goal is to build rapport with our inbound leads, establish trust, communicate the value of Spaceship and close them!
Join us as we look to accelerate our growth in Singapore, expand our footprint into SE Asia, deliver amazing experiences to our customers, and have a lot of fun along the way.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage an inbound funnel of potential customers looking for storage, moving, warehousing and logistics services
- Respond quickly to phone and web inquiries with relevant and concise information and work towards closing
- Maintain the sales CRM and follow up with pipeline of leads
- Provide after-sales support including customer on-boarding and account management support for key accounts
- Min. 2 years working experience preferably in SME or consumer sales
- Proven track record in exceeding sales target
- Dynamic and energetic with a willingness to outperform and get things done
- Previous startup experience is a plus
