Senior UI Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking to hire a dynamic, creative & versatile Senior UI Designer to support our company project and client project. The person in this role will be to support the teams and a variety of products and projects, such as creative web/mobile app design, branding design and digital related items like web banner, digital ads, FB posting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Define the visual direction of a project to shape and position ideas for customer impact.
- Provide graphic and visual support for all communication channels including digital and print products.
- Create logos/brand elements, print design templates, and posters.
- Deliver interaction design and illustrations for basic digital product features.
- Design visual language for UI, and apply advance understanding for composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users successfully navigate dynamic multimedia experiences.
- Contribute to the creation of modular design systems.
- Ability to create low-fi and high-fi wireframe/ mockups.
- Develop relationships across a project team, specifically with technical team members and software developers.
- Lead and manage small projects.
- Lead and manage design team.
- Have experience in interactive design and web svg animation skill will be a plus.
- Have a basic understand of development language like HTML, CSS and JQuery.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation and increase reach.
- Be able to gauge the time needed to complete a task and ensure timely delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 4 years commercial experience as a designer working on (preferably) digital designs, creating interfaces, digital experiences, or applications.
- Energy, a sense of humor and an open and curious mind (yes, these things really do matter).
- An eye for design, a good understanding of the importance of typography and layout accompanied by basic design skills, including composition, grids, typography, and color theory.
- Strong conceptually lead thinking and well-versed in collaborative ways of working.
- Capable of identifying key insights applicable to creative concepts and incorporates research into creative work. Spots potential problems and works toward solutions.
- A good portfolio of work, showcasing a selection of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in Design and Prototyping software. E.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD & Figma.
- Work independently and in a team, to take on direction and deliver effectively.

With the impending rise of smartphones and tablets, iZyoo is also aware of the increased need for mobile app development. We have thus far developed several mobile applications to complement our clients’ business, and are currently working on innovative mobile app projects.
The rise of mobile usage also brings forth the rise of social media, and iZyoo is keeping up with the trends by participating in social media development, which we believe is an essential tool for online business marketing. Providing a platform to interact and inform, iZyoo itself is soon advancing as an atypical social network.
However, we are not limited to just creating websites and mobile apps for businesses. We also work and design our own fun innovative projects while exploring new and fresh ideas. Two such pioneer projects are iZyoo’s rebate management system and recruitment management system. The two systems are complex and advanced structures rarely ventured by any other web development houses, and are just a morsel of our array of novel ideas.
With 5 years in the industry and growing, we have expanded not just in size and experience but also in our level of technical skills, creativity and innovativeness (which is seriously limitless!).
