JOB DESCRIPTION

Salt Digital is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant with Programming/Coding background for a 3 months extendable contract role with one of the largest consulting firms globally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage student's inquiries related to course content and projects, including provision of one-to-one consultations by sign-up
• Grade assessments
• Provide online support to students on their MCQs and/or assignments
• Monitor learning progress (e.g. low score in tests)and motivate, facilitate & support learning journey
• Assist lead trainers to improve content based on student feedback or learning progress where applicable
• Provide students with meaningful and prompt feedback on their progress
• For the data & digital fundamentals part, we need some tutors who can coach trainees for the software (e.g. PowerBI, excel)

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree and at least 2+ years of training experience
• Business knowledge is a must (For the data & digital fundamentals part, we need some tutors who can coach trainees for the software)
• Good to have industry experience in business, tech or digital
• Good communication skills, quick learner and responsible
