As a Telesales Representative, you are required to assist our clients in understanding the service and assist in troubleshooting if necessary.
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to make a donation.
- Cold Calling
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients’ questions about our product
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedule
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): Sales, Communication Skill.
- Banking experience will be an advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing, Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
