2. Customer Support Executive. (Experience 2yrs to 3yrs)

· Handle customer’s enquiries on the products and services
· Process customer’s transactions accurately in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines
· Respond to customer’s requests efficiently
· Respond to customer’s complaints promptly
· Deliver world class 24-hours telephone customer service in a consistent and professional manner
· To deliver excellent service via phone/email/social media interactions with existing customers by providing customer servicing / transaction capability and to prospects by generating interests and generates leads
· Accountable for meeting individual Standard of Performance (SOP) and Department goals and standards
· To provide customer’s feedback to Service Manager / Service Supervisor to assist in decision making and enhancing the bank’s image
· To comply with policies and available procedures / guidelines to ensure safety and security of the organization and customers assets are maintained
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
· SPM / STPM holders with at least five (5) years’ experience in contact centre environment will be considered.
· Possess good interpersonal, communication customer servicing skills
· Good command of spoken and written English.
· Computer literate with keyboarding skills
· Learn fast and comfortable with learning new products and system applications
· Possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done the right way the first time
· Must be willing to work on 24-hour-rotation shift
· Possess good inter personal skills, high energy, confidence and courteous
· Willing to work on shift, staggered hours, weekends and public holidays
· Ability to work under pressure
· Strong command of spoken and written English
· Knowledge about Fintech will be added advantage
