The target accounts have been already identified since the team operates within the hospitality industry. Our Application: We aim to develop a hospitality centric CRM and an email marketing platform. Both applications have reached 50% development. The aim is to provide full featured CRM within extensive email marketing capabilities. In addition, the development pipeline includes: • Confirmation email application. • Hybrid mobile apps to help hotels target guests during their stay. • Survey platform to source and analyze guest feedback. • Business intelligence, which will be done through 3rd party BI application.
