Employees are allowed to utilize 10% of working hours for creative ideas and pursuits of interest, 10% of working hours for social and charitable activities and the remaining 80% for work.

Salary Structure
Salary ranges are developed to reflect competitive levels of compensation for positions assigned to you. Salaries are reviewed annually by Human Resources and are adjusted as appropriate with consideration given to market conditions and other economic factors. Salary structures are designed to assist management in correlating employee performance with appropriate pay levels.
Profit Sharing Scheme
Profit sharing scheme is developed to encourage our employees to own stakes in the business and participate in critical decision making process. The rates are reviewed annually by Human Resource and are adjusted as appropriate with employee performance, market condition and pay levels. As of December 2014, this scheme is under evaluation.
