JOB DESCRIPTION

Spread-it is current expanding to Singapore and is hiring a Head of Singapore to help grow the business with us. We don't have a JD/requirement per se right now (similar to most startups when started). We are looking for a person who's really passionate in startups and would love to create/build new things together with us. Open to discuss with all sorts of people :)

A quick intro on us: 

Spread-it (www.spreadit.today) was founded in 2016, and we are the largest micro-influencers platform in Hong Kong. We have worked with 400+ world class brands like H&M, McDonald's, Loreal, Shiseido etc and have executed over 2000 campaigns, generating over 20,000,000 likes and comments on social media. We are looking to expand into SG market right now, and looking for passionate entrepreneur to start the quest with us

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Be responsible for all the P&L and KPI of Singapore entity
• Build and lead the team to conquer Singapore market
• Formulate go-to-market strategy, and actually executing it quick. Fail fast is better than executing slow
• BD aspect: Talk to as many clients as possible, and close as many deals as possible 
• Growth aspect: Growing our number of Spreadians in Singapore to help support the camapign aspect
• Campaign aspect: Oversee all campaigns performances, making sure it over-delivers clients' expectation
• Other aspects: Assisting in all other matters that are related in building a company, e.g. Financial & accounting management, HR management, product management, cleaning the toilet :P etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Conversational in Mandarin and English 
• Radical thinking paired with strong execution - can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there
• Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions 
• Outcome oriented - not reactionary; leading a team to articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it 
• Rigorous - asks hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots
